In late September, the 2024 Nankai University “Shengfan Cup” Sports Meet opened with great excitement. The School of Finance delegation drew wide attention at the opening ceremony — led by Party Secretary Zhang Yao, with the leadership team and both faculty and student representatives marching in perfect formation. Their confident steps and vibrant energy reflected the spirit and unity of Nankai Finance.

“Build strong bodies, stay full of energy — for a strong finance, we strive together!” The spirited chant echoed across the field, expressing not only the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle but also the determination of Finance students and faculty to contribute to China’s vision of financial strength.

Throughout the competition, the athletes of Nankai Finance demonstrated perseverance, teamwork, and passion, achieving impressive results across various events.

Thanks to the relentless effort and team spirit of both teachers and students, the School of Finance secured an impressive 5th place in the Group A overall standings at the 2024 Nankai University “Shengfan Cup.”

Nankai University has long upheld its proud tradition of physical education.
