On November 23, 2024, the “Winter Companions: Intercultural Language Exchange Activity”, organized by the School of Finance and co-hosted by the School of International Education, was successfully held in Room 348 of the School of Finance. The event aimed to create a platform for Chinese and international students to interact and communicate, fostering mutual understanding and inclusiveness, broadening global perspectives, enhancing oral communication skills, and enriching the international campus atmosphere.
During the three-hour exchange, 38 students from China, the United States, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Pakistan came together to chat freely, taste snacks from around the world, and share their unique cultural experiences.
Many participants expressed their hope to join similar activities in the future to further strengthen intercultural understanding and friendship.
